GARden planning sessions
If your garden needs an overhaul or a new start altogether, garden planning may be for you!
Planning sessions are for those who are looking for a comprehensive blueprint for existing or new garden beds. Planning starts with taking a walk through your garden with one of our professional planners. You will talk with them about plants, garden goals and philosophies, maybe some challenges that you’re facing, or perhaps some advantages that your space may have. During this time your planner will be gathering information about you and your space, and will then apply that information to create an individualized design for your garden. A garden design (the plan) is created after the appointment, and can take from 2 -10 hours to create depending on your level of detail and the size and scope of your design. However, you are also welcome and encouraged to take your own notes, and aren’t obligated to have the planner make you a design.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: ON-SITE MEETING
1-2 hours with one of our Garden Planners, at your residence.
Step 2: ESTIMATE & PLAN
Within a few days of your initial meeting, we’ll provide an estimate for the creation of your plan.
Upon approval and receipt of a 50% deposit, we will move forward with creating your design plan.
If you are interested in having your plan installed by our crew, a second estimate will be provided.
WHAT’S THE COST OF A PLAN?
Planning appointments last from 1-2 hours, and are billed at $80/hr. The follow-up creation of planning documents takes from 2-10hrs or more, and is billed at $80/hr. We recommend discussing any budget concerns or limitations with your planner prior to them making you a design.
You are also welcome and encouraged to take your own notes, and aren’t obligated to have the planner make you a design.
Note, You can opt out of a plan, but still get a Plant List and/or a Session Recap. Creation of all materials will be billed at $80/hr.
