Donation Requests

Here are our policies for donation:

• Donations may take up to a month to prepare, depending on what part of our season we’re in.

• If your event is in the next few days or next week, it is unlikely we’ll be able to donate.

• Because we receive a remarkable number of donation requests seasonally, we are not always able to honor every request. Our donations coordinators will reach out to you as soon as they are able to determine whether a contribution is possible.

• Our standard fundraiser donation amount is a $10 gift card, redeemable at either of our retail locations.

• Apologies, but gift cards are not redeemable on our online store (read more here).

• Cards do not lose value.

• To process a donation, we need written (digital or physical) copy explaining your organization, the event, beneficiaries, etc. Our donation crew will coordinate with you for this information.
